Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy Overview

Equall Advantage provides accredited professional certification programs and digital learning resources. Course access includes proprietary content, credential pathways, and limited‑capacity cohort scheduling, all refunds and cancellations follow the strict guidelines outlined below. By enrolling in any Equall Advantage program, the learner agrees to these terms.

2. Refund Eligibility (Learner‑Initiated Requests)

A. Refunds Within 3 Days of Purchase

Learners may request a 100% refund within 3 calendar days of payment only if:

• Course access has not been redeemed, and

• The scheduled training date is more than 14 days away.

If the training date is within 0–14 days, no refund is permitted.

B. Refunds 15+ Days Before the Scheduled Training

If the learner requests a cancellation 15 or more days before the scheduled training date:

• A refund may be issued minus a $200 administrative and processing fee.

• Course access must not have been redeemed.

C. No Refunds Within 0–14 Days of Training

• Refunds are not permitted for cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled training date, regardless of circumstance.

• This includes illness, travel issues, work conflicts, or personal emergencies.

D. Digital Access Rule (Statutory Cancellation Period)

• Equall Advantage offers a 14‑day cancellation period for purchases only if the learner has not redeemed any portion of digital course access.

• Once access is redeemed (even partially), the right to cancel is forfeited.

• This mirrors industry standards for digital content and certification‑based training.

E. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 30 days of the request.

3. Company‑Initiated Cancellations

If Equall Advantage cancels or reschedules a training event:

• Learners may receive a 100% refund, or

• Transfer to another upcoming session at no additional cost.

This is the only scenario where full refunds are guaranteed regardless of timing.

4. Rescheduling Policy (Learner‑Initiated)

Rescheduling requests follow a strict fee structure:

• 7+ days before training → 10% rescheduling fee

• 5 days before training → 50% rescheduling fee

• 3 days before training → 75% rescheduling fee

• Less than 3 days → Rescheduling not permitted

Rescheduling is subject to availability and program capacity.

5. Non‑Refundable Items

The following are non‑refundable under all circumstances:

• Digital course access once redeemed

• Certification exam vouchers

• Membership fees

• Administrative fees

• Processing fees

• Promotional or discounted purchases

• Group or corporate enrollment packages

6. Transfers

Learners may transfer their enrollment to another individual only if:

• The request is made 15+ days before the scheduled training

• Course access has not been redeemed

• All administrative fees are paid

Transfers within 14 days are not permitted.

7. Policy Enforcement

Equall Advantage reserves the right to enforce all refund and cancellation rules uniformly to maintain program integrity, accreditation compliance, and cohort scheduling stability.
