Payments and Refunds
Marketing Abstract Advertising, LLC (MAA) offers Transformative Coaching services for learners and institutions for a service fee, requiring payments prior to rendering service(s).
Cancellation, Reschedule and Non-Attendance

Use of our proprietary content is contingent on payment in full. We want our learners to be committed and informed, knowledgeable, and serious before you register for our courses. Therefore, we do not offer refunds once payment is made.

The participant can transfer his/her reservation to another person or to a later date for self.

There is no charge for rescheduling to an alternative course date, provided the request is received before 30 working days or more of the training start date and an alternative course date is available. Requests to transfer received 29 days before the start of the training will be subject to a transfer fee of 50 percent of the training fees.

The full amount of fees will be payable, non-refundable, if the participant fails to attend the training sessions.

All reschedule requests must be shared with us in writing on the email https://www.maa.promo/contact and will be responded in writing only.

We reserve the right to cancel courses any time. In such circumstances, the participant will be offered alternative training date(s). Training dates are correct at the time of Registration Confirmation. However, alterations may arise due to circumstances beyond our control.
