Terms, Rules & Eligibility

America250 Future‑Ready Mindset Initiative | Opportunity Grant

 

These Terms, Rules, and Eligibility Requirements govern participation in the Equall Advantage ('EA') America250 Future‑Ready Mindset Initiative and its associated Opportunity Grant, administered by Marketing Abstract Advertising, LLC ("MAA"). By participating, individuals agree to comply with all requirements outlined herein. EA reserves the right to update, modify, or interpret these terms at its sole discretion.​ All requirements must be fully completed and verified to ensure eligibility.

2. Pre‑Assessment

Participants must complete a questionnaire pre‑assessment. Completion only, no minimum score required:

  • Skills

  • Readiness

  • Motivation

​Failure to complete the Pre‑Assessment results in ineligibility for enrollment and promotion consideration.

​

3. Mandatory Orientation Module (45 min)

Participants must complete the full PSA Orientation Module, which includes:

Participants who do not complete the module in its entirety are not eligible for enrollment or promotional benefits.​

​

4. Share your “American Dream.”

Participants must submit one of the following:

Written Expression:

  • Length: 500 words minimum

  • Choose one topic we provide and express yourself:

    • “Why I’m pursuing the American Dream,” or

    • "My American Dream Journey," or

    • "What the American Dream Means To Me"

  • Format: *.docx or *.pdf

Video Bio:

  • Tell us about you

  • Length: 30–60 seconds

  • Topic: Same as above​

Submission: Upload during electronic enrollment registration form. We may reject submissions that are incomplete, off‑topic, or otherwise fail to meet program standards.​

5. Social Media Requirements

Participants must complete all of the following actions:

  • Publicly share the America250 promo post

  • Like the EA America250 promo post

  • Follow EA on any social media channels.

Accepted Platforms

  • Instagram

  • LinkedIn

Verification Method

  • Participants must provide their Instagram handle and/or LinkedIn profile URL during registration process.

​Failure to complete all social actions results in disqualification from enrollment and promotional eligibility.

6. Grant Qualifiers

Once all requirements and qualifiers are:

  • Completed

  • Verified â€‹

MAA will confirm and approve the referral code used during enrollment. Participants may only enroll and become eligible for the America250 Opportunity Grant after all qualifiers are completed and verified.

7. Opportunity Tuition Grant

The first 250 verified and completed enrollments, will receive:

  • One (1) Equall Advantage, tuition-free grant for Mindset 4.0 Boot Camp program. A referral code is required for enrollment. Refer this America250 initiative to your community leader.​

Referral code applies only to the Mindset 4.0 Boot Camp.

8. Compliance & Integrity

MAA reserves the right to:

  • Verify any and all participant submissions

  • Request clarification or additional information

  • Reject incomplete, inaccurate, or unverifiable submissions

  • Disqualify participants who provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information

  • Modify or terminate the promotion at its discretion

All eligibility determinations made by MAA are final and binding.

Participants seeking clarification or assistance regarding these Terms, Rules, and Eligibility Requirements, participants may contact EA Support through official channels provided in the enrollment portal.

10. Promotion Duration
The application and registration for the America250 Opportunity Tuition Grant starts July 4th, 2026, ends December 1, 2026. All enrollment qualifiers, submissions, and verification steps must be completed on or before this date to be considered for eligibility. Submissions received after the stated deadline will not qualify for the Opportunity Tuition Grant or any related promotional benefits.
